Fjord Elk Jetski The Viking theme painted onto it takes much of it's inspiration from the Viking history of Orkney and was also much helped by some excellent reading material. The name the 'Fjord Elk' came from one of those sources of reading material, namely the excellent 'Oathsworn' series of books by Robert Low . Robert very kindly allowed us to use the name of the Viking longboat central to his books as the name for this jetski.
