The pencil drawings on this page were really the catalyst that marked my somewhat late entry into the ranks of working artists.

 

All the drawings here are done using only graphite pencil on paper.
The paper used is 220gm watercolour paper and the pencils used vary in grade from 7H (very hard) through to 7B (very soft).

This drawing is not completely finished - the foreground detail and the background had yet to be drawn in place but a customer wanted it just as it was, so this is how it remained.
